Cashless plays are rolling in — so when does that money land in your bank account?
ArcadePay pays operators on a weekly schedule. Cashless transactions from the week are batched into a single bank transfer. That is the current standard for this kind of payment processing, and it keeps your banking simple.
What Weekly Payouts Mean
Every cashless payment your guests make (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets) is tracked in your ArcadePay dashboard. At the end of the payout window, those earnings are combined and sent to the bank account on file.
Per-transaction bank transfers are not available. You will not see a separate deposit for each play. One weekly transfer covers the batch.
How to Check Your Payout Schedule
- Open your ArcadePay dashboard.
- Go to Account → Payouts.
- Review your current payout schedule and recent transfers there.
If you are looking for the fee breakdown on individual cashless sales, use Reports → Transactions, open the Cashless tab, and set the date range you need. Totals and fee detail live in reports; the bank deposit itself follows the weekly payout cadence.
Need a Different Schedule?
Weekly is the default. If you want to ask about a different frequency (for example, monthly), email ops@arcadepay.app with your account name. Options depend on your account — support can tell you what is available.
The Takeaway
ArcadePay sends cashless earnings to your bank weekly in one batched transfer, not per play. Check Account → Payouts in the ArcadePay dashboard for your schedule, and use Reports when you need transaction-level detail.
Questions about a missing or unexpected deposit? Email ops@arcadepay.app with your account name, approximate dates, and what you see under Account → Payouts.
