Cellular Connectivity — No Wi-Fi Required
Every ArcadePay Controller uses built-in cellular to process payments. You do not need to join the location’s Wi-Fi, share a password with staff, or run a separate network drop for cashless.
That matters on Canadian routes just as much as US ones: as long as the cabinet has cell coverage, the controller can stay online and take payments.
What You Need to Get Started
- An ArcadePay Controller — hardware ships from the US; standard shipping to Canada applies.
- A valid operator account — order and start onboarding at arcadepay.app.
- A compatible machine — coin, bill, pulse, MDB, or a cashless-ready port. If the machine already takes cash or has a cashless interface, you are usually in good shape.
Same Setup Flow as the US
Canadian operators follow the same path as US operators:
- Order your ArcadePay Controller at arcadepay.app.
- Complete the ArcadePay onboarding form, then finish dashboard setup when you receive the invite.
- Install using the guide that ships with your order (Easy Connect or hardwire, depending on the cabinet).
- Power on, confirm the machine shows Online in the ArcadePay dashboard, and run a test payment.
There is no Canada-only product or separate Canadian dashboard. One account, one setup flow, one guest experience.
What Guests See at the Machine
