Month-end should not mean hunting through screenshots for your accountant. Your ArcadePay dashboard already has cash and cashless totals in one place — set the date range, confirm both payment types are selected, and export.
Here is the operator-safe way to pull a monthly sales report you can share or file.

Export a Monthly Sales Report
- Open the ArcadePay dashboard and go to Reports → Transactions
- Set the date range to the month (or period) you need
- Make sure both Cash and Cashless are selected in the filters
- Review the summary for that period
- Use Export to download the report
The export includes totals for both cash and cashless activity — ready to send to your accountant or keep with your books.
See Earnings and Fee Breakdown
If you want the fee detail for cashless payments:
- Stay in Reports → Transactions
- Set your date range
- Open the Cashless tab
- Check the totals at the top of the report
That view shows card and digital wallet transactions for the period, including the fee breakdown on each line. Export still works from here if you want a file copy.
Cash vs Cashless — What the Columns Mean
This trips up a lot of operators:
- Cashless — payments through ArcadePay (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets)
- Coins / Cash — every play triggered by a physical pulse from the machine (quarters, $1 bills, $5 bills, and larger bills all roll up here)
Coins and bill-acceptor pulses look the same to the system — both are pulses — so there is no separate bills column. If you need bill-only totals, compare the machine’s bill acceptor counter against Coins/Cash in the report.
Per-Machine and Per-Location Filters
Use the machine filter on the Transactions report when you need one location or cabinet. A dedicated Per Location tab is coming later; until then, Transactions plus the machine filter is the reliable path.
If a Per Machine export opens with only column headers and no data rows, that export path has a known issue. Your underlying data is fine. Email ops@arcadepay.app with the date range and machine names — we can run the report and send it to you. The standard Transactions export is not affected.
Quick Tips Before You Close the Books
- Export with Both selected when you need a full month picture
- Use the Cashless tab when you need fee detail
- Match machine names in the report to how you label stops on the route
- If payment method shows Unknown on a cashless line, that usually means the guest typed a card number instead of tapping Apple Pay or Google Pay
The Takeaway
Pick the month, keep Cash and Cashless both on, export from Reports → Transactions, and you have a clean monthly sales file. Use the Cashless tab when you need fees. Skip the broken Per Machine export path and ask support if you need a per-machine file.
