What Happens After Ordering ArcadePay

What Happens After Ordering ArcadePay

After you place an order, ArcadePay collects the details needed to create or update your operator account before hardware ships.

New Operators

Getting started takes two steps:

Step 1 — Onboarding Form: After you order, you receive a welcome email with a link to the ArcadePay onboarding form. Complete it with your business name, contact info, and machine details. Step 2 — Dashboard Setup: Once ArcadePay processes your form, you'll receive a separate email from notification@get-streampay.com with a link to finish setting up your operator account. No bank information or additional paperwork is needed before that invite arrives — everything is collected through a secure Stripe wizard when you sign in. This is where you connect your bank account, complete identity verification, and set up billing so you can receive payouts.

Just submitted the Jotform? You’re all set — no additional paperwork or bank info is needed from you before your invite arrives. ArcadePay creates your operator account on our end and sends you a separate invite from notification@get-streampay.com with a link to finish your setup. If you don’t see it within a few hours, check spam — or go directly to dashboard.streampay.dev and click Sign Up (not Log In) using the email address you used on the form.

Hardware ships once both steps are complete and your account passes admin review.

The most common delay is an incomplete onboarding form or unfinished dashboard setup.

Resuming an Incomplete Dashboard Setup

If you accepted the ArcadePay dashboard invite but did not finish setting up your account, your progress is saved.

To pick back up:

  1. Go to dashboard.streampay.dev
  2. Sign in with your operator email address.
  3. Look for a red action bar at the top of the screen — it says "Complete Your Onboarding — Action Required." Click Complete Now.
  4. Complete the remaining stages in order:
- Documents — business and identity verification - Stripe Connect — connects your bank account for payouts - Payment Setup — finalizes billing
  1. When complete, the dashboard shows Admin Review status and a message that says your account is being reviewed by the team. ArcadePay ships once review clears.
The setup usually takes about 10 minutes. If you do not see the red action bar, try opening the dashboard in an incognito or private browser window.

Hardware ships once setup and admin review are complete.

"Your account is being reviewed by the team"

After you finish the setup wizard, the dashboard shows a message saying your account is being reviewed by the team. This is normal and expected. It means everything was submitted correctly and the ArcadePay team is verifying the account before activating payouts.

  • No further action is required from you.
  • Review can complete as quickly as the same business day, or up to 1–2 business days.
  • When review clears, ArcadePay will confirm your account is active and notify your hardware supplier to ship your machines.
  • If the status has not changed after 3 business days, contact ArcadePay Support with your operator name and email.

Existing Operators

If you already have an ArcadePay account, new controllers are added to your existing account.

You may still receive a form so ArcadePay can confirm shipping, machine, and account details for the new devices. You do not need to repeat the full account setup.

Once controllers arrive: Log in to your dashboard, find the new devices under Machines, and confirm your price settings for each one. The controllers should already appear in your account — if they do not show up within 15 minutes of first power-on, contact support.

Received a second welcome email?

If you are an existing operator and received a new welcome email, it was sent automatically because a new order was added to your account. You do not need to fill out the onboarding form again.

Your existing account is already active. Log in at dashboard.streampay.dev and check Machines — your new controllers will appear once they ship and power on.

If a controller does not appear within 15 minutes of first power-on, contact ArcadePay Support.

Before Hardware Ships

Make sure:

  • Your contact information is correct.
  • Your shipping address is correct.
  • Billing setup is complete if you are a new operator.
  • ArcadePay knows which machines the controllers are for.

After Hardware Ships

When tracking is available, ArcadePay sends install guidance. Keep that email handy during installation.

Already Submitted the Form But Got Another Reminder?

If you submitted the ArcadePay onboarding form and then received another reminder to complete it, you do not need to resubmit. Your form is already on file.

The reminder was likely sent automatically before your submission was confirmed in our system. The next step is inside your dashboard:

  1. Go to dashboard.streampay.dev
  2. Sign in (or click Sign Up if you haven't set your password yet)
  3. Complete the account setup wizard — identity verification, Stripe connection, and billing
Once the wizard is complete, you're all set. If you're not sure whether your form was received, or if you're unsure which step you're on, contact ArcadePay Support with your name and email — we'll confirm where things stand.

Can't Find the Onboarding Form?

The ArcadePay onboarding form is a standalone form — you do not need to log in anywhere to access it. The form is how ArcadePay creates your account in the first place, so it exists *before* any dashboard login.

Look for the button or link in your welcome or reminder email, or go directly to the form:

Complete Onboarding Form →

You do not need an existing ArcadePay account or dashboard password to submit this form. Once submitted, you will receive a separate email from notification@get-streampay.com with a link to finish setting up your dashboard. If that email doesn’t arrive within a few hours, check your spam folder — or contact ArcadePay Support.

Didn't Receive Your Onboarding Email?

The onboarding email goes to the email address on file with your original order. If you submitted the ArcadePay sign-up form using a different email address than the one you ordered with, the system may not be able to match your submission — and the onboarding email won't send.

What to do: Email ops@arcadepay.app and include:
  1. The email address you used when placing your order.
  2. The email address you'd like to use for your ArcadePay dashboard.
Once we confirm the match, we'll set up your account and send the invite right away.

Submitted the Onboarding Form Under a Different Email?

If you completed the onboarding form but used a different email address than the one you received your welcome email at, your account may already be set up under that other email.

Just reply to any ArcadePay email and let us know which email you used on the form — we'll confirm whether your account is active and link it to your order. In most cases the account is already ready to go.

Filled Out the Form But Didn't Receive a StreamPay Setup Email?

After you complete the ArcadePay onboarding form, you will receive a separate email from notification@get-streampay.com — not from ArcadePay — with a link to finish setting up your dashboard account.

  1. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for an email from notification@get-streampay.com.
  2. If you can't find it, go directly to dashboard.streampay.dev and click Sign Up (not "Log In" — Sign Up is the option for first-time setup).
  3. Enter the email address you used on the ArcadePay onboarding form and follow the prompts to set your password.
Note: The StreamPay invite email is separate from your ArcadePay welcome email. If you've checked spam and still can't find it, use the Sign Up path above — it works even if the invite email hasn't arrived.

If you run into any trouble during signup, contact ArcadePay Support with your name and the email address you used on the onboarding form.
