ArcadePay Pricing And Billing Basics
ArcadePay has two main ongoing costs:
- Monthly service fee per active controller
- Transaction fee on cashless payments
Current standard pricing is:
- $7.95 per month per unit
- 5.95% per cashless transaction
Promotions can change what you pay up front. If you used a promotion code, check your order confirmation for the hardware and activation discount that applied.
When Billing Starts
Billing normally starts when hardware ships, unless ArcadePay has told you otherwise.
New operators must complete onboarding before hardware ships. Existing operators can usually add devices to their existing account more quickly.
What Transaction Fees Apply To
Transaction fees apply to cashless payments processed through ArcadePay.
Cash inserted directly into the machine is not a cashless transaction. Depending on your setup, cash may still appear in reports for counting or tracking.

If a bill does not look right, contact ArcadePay Support and include the account name, device count, and invoice or charge date.
