You placed your order and sent in the onboarding form. Nice work. There is one more short step between you and your first cashless play: finishing your ArcadePay dashboard setup. Most operators wrap it up in about 10 minutes.
If you started and got pulled away, no problem. Your progress is saved, and picking back up is easy.
Start From Your Dashboard Invite
After your onboarding form is processed, you get a separate invite email that links you into the ArcadePay dashboard. If you do not see it, check Spam or Promotions. Still missing? Open the dashboard sign-in page and choose Sign Up (not Log In) with the same email you used on the form. Our onboarding Help page has the details.
You do not need to send bank info anywhere else first. Banking is part of the dashboard setup itself.
Look for the Red Bar and Click Complete Now
Sign in with your operator email. If setup is not finished, you will see a red action bar at the top of the screen that says Complete Your Onboarding — Action Required. Click Complete Now and you land right where you left off.
Do not see the red bar? Try opening the dashboard in an incognito or private browser window.
Three Short Stages, In Order
- Documents: business and identity verification.
- Stripe Connect: connects your bank account so your cashless earnings can pay out.
- Payment Setup: finalizes billing for your monthly service.
Tip: set aside a few quiet minutes and have your business details and bank account handy. Going start to finish in one sitting is the fastest way through.
"Being Reviewed by the Team" Means You Did It Right
When the last stage is done, your dashboard shows Admin Review and a message that your account is being reviewed by the team. That is the expected finish line, not an error. There is nothing else you need to do.
- Review can clear as quickly as the same business day, or take up to 1 to 2 business days.
- When it clears, ArcadePay confirms your account is active and lets your hardware supplier know to ship.
- If the status has not changed after 3 business days, reach out with your operator name and email.
