One of the best parts of running cashless is that nothing happens in the dark. Every time a guest pays, your ArcadePay Controller sends a pulse to the machine to deliver their credits, and it logs that pulse for you. That record lives in your ArcadePay dashboard, and a quick look at it builds a lot of confidence on route day.
What the Pulse Table Shows You
The Pulse Table is a full record of every pulse event on your machines: what was sent, when it was sent, and whether it fired. Think of it as your machine's activity history, right in your pocket.
It is handy for answering everyday questions like:
- Did that guest's payment deliver their plays?
- How busy was this machine this morning?
- Is a newly installed controller sending credits the way I expect?
Open It on Your Phone
- Open the ArcadePay dashboard on your phone (add it to your home screen for one-tap access).
- Tap More in the bottom navigation.
- Tap Pulse Table.
That is it. You will see each pulse event listed so you can scroll back and confirm what happened.
Prefer a Bigger Screen? Use Reports
- Open your ArcadePay dashboard in a browser.
- Go to Reports → Transactions.
- Click the Cashless tab.
- Filter by machine, date, or amount, then check the Pulse column on each transaction.
A normal transaction shows its pulses. If a line ever shows No Pulse or an empty pulse count, you know right away that guest was charged without credits, and you can make it right with the ⋮ menu → Refund Payment. See Refund a Payment for the full walkthrough.
Make It Part of Your Routine
- After an install: send a test payment, then open the Pulse Table and watch the pulse land.
- After a pricing change: confirm the pulse count matches the play package you set.
- When a guest asks a question: look up the time and machine together and answer with confidence.
