Refund A Payment

Refunds are handled from the transaction report in your dashboard.

Open the transaction actions menu and choose Refund Payment.

Steps

  1. Open the dashboard.
  2. Go to Reports, then Transactions.
  3. Make sure you are viewing cashless transactions.
  4. Find the transaction.
  5. Open the actions menu.
  6. Choose Refund Payment.

Refunds apply to cashless payments. Cash inserted directly into the machine cannot be refunded through the dashboard.
