How to Download Monthly Sales Reports
How to Download Monthly Sales Reports
You can view your monthly earnings and fee breakdown, and export a combined sales report, directly from your ArcadePay dashboard.
Steps
- Open your dashboard and go to Reports → Transactions:
- Set your date range to the month (or time period) you need.
- Make sure both Cash and Cashless are selected in the filters.
- You will see a summary of all transactions for that period.
- Use the Export option to download the report.
Viewing Your Monthly Earnings and Fees
To see a breakdown of what you earned and what fees were charged for a given period:
- Go to Reports → Transactions in your dashboard.
- Set your date range (for example, June 1 – June 30).
- Click the Cashless tab — this shows all card and digital wallet transactions for that period, including the fee breakdown for each transaction.
- The totals appear at the top of the report.
Per-Location and Per-Machine Reports
A dedicated Per Location tab is coming soon to the dashboard. Once available, it will let you filter and export reports for individual machines or locations without the extra clutter.
For now, the Transactions report covers your full activity across all machines. You can use the machine filter in the report to narrow it down to a specific location if needed.
Troubleshooting: Export Shows Only Column Headers
If you download a Per Machine report and the file opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or as a .csv with only column headers and no data rows, this is a known issue with the Per Machine export. The underlying data is intact — it just isn’t exporting correctly right now.
What to do: Contact ArcadePay Support with:- The date range you need
- The machine name(s) or locations
The Transactions export (Reports → Transactions) works correctly and is not affected by this issue.
Viewing Prizes Dispensed and Stock Data
Prizes dispensed and stock data are available under Reports in your ArcadePay dashboard. Navigate to Reports and look for the prizes/dispensed section to see a record of items dispensed across your machines.
A summary column on the main Machines overview page — so you can see stock levels at a glance without drilling into each individual machine — is also being worked on. When it ships, it will appear directly on the Machines list.
