Quick Fixes
- Dashboard password reset option missing: open an incognito or private browser window, type the operator email manually, and click Reset password.
- Controller offline or weak signal: move the antenna outside the machine if cellular signal is weak, then power-cycle the controller.
- Payment works but the machine does not credit: confirm the wiring and pulse count first.
- Dashboard invite missing: search your email for the ArcadePay or dashboard invite, then contact support if it is missing.
- QR code opens the wrong machine or pricing: contact support with the QR code location and machine name.
