Reset Your Dashboard Password
If you cannot sign in to the ArcadePay dashboard, use the password reset option on the login screen.

Steps
- Open the ArcadePay dashboard login page.
- Enter the email address for your operator account.
- Click Reset password.
- Check your email for the reset link.
- Set a new password, then sign in again.
The reset email can take a few minutes. If you do not see it, check Spam or Junk and search your inbox for password reset messages.
If Reset Password Does Not Appear
Browser autofill or a cached login screen can hide or interrupt the reset option.
Try this:
- Open an incognito or private browser window.
- Go back to the dashboard login page.
- Type the operator email manually.
- Click Reset password again.
If you are unsure which email is on the account, or the reset email still does not arrive, contact ArcadePay Support with the operator name and the email address you are trying to use.
