Quick Fixes
Controller offline or weak signal: move the antenna outside the machine if possible, then power-cycle the controller.
Payment works but the machine does not credit: check wiring and pulse count first.
Dashboard invite missing: search your email for the ArcadePay or dashboard invite, then contact support if it is missing.
QR code opens the wrong machine or pricing: contact support with the QR code location and machine name.
